The service
Ingenious AI Tools ("we") operates ingeniousaitools.com, which sells and services software products ("apps"). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or linking a Google Play purchase you agree to these terms.
Accounts and licenses
Each subscription grants a non-transferable license for the covered app or plan, activated by a license key delivered to your email. Keys are limited to the stated number of devices. Sharing, reselling, or publishing license keys is prohibited and may result in revocation.
Trials
Free trials run for the stated trial period and require no payment method. Trial licenses may be limited in features or capacity and expire automatically. One trial per person per app; we may decline trials that appear automated or abusive.
Billing
Paid desktop subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle calculates applicable taxes and shows the final amount before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the customer billing portal. Digital features in the Play-distributed Ingenious Voice Assistant are sold only through Google Play as a one-time purchase. Google Play purchases do not create or expose a license key.
File Classifier founding early access
When the founding offer is active, the first ten customers who complete payment receive 70% off the displayed File Classifier monthly or annual subscription price. The reduced rate continues on renewals while that same subscription remains continuously active. A completed purchase permanently uses one founding place, even if it is later canceled or refunded.
Canceling or finally terminating the subscription ends the founding rate. A later purchase is offered at the price then available. Changing between monthly and annual billing through the existing active subscription may preserve the founding discount when Paddle supports that change. A free trial does not reserve a founding place. Early-access software may change as it is improved; roadmap items and future features are not guaranteed.
Ingenious Voice Assistant
Free mode includes five successfully generated answers per local calendar day, whether the prompt is spoken or typed. Failed requests do not count. A lifetime purchase removes that limit and unlocks advanced settings for one Ingenious Tools account on up to three active devices. Clearing app data may reset the local free counter.
Purchase status is verified with Google Play. Pending, canceled, refunded, invalid, or already-linked purchases remain locked or are revoked. Offline paid access is cached for no more than 30 days before online verification is required.
Ingenious Notifications
Ingenious Notifications starts a 30-day, no-card installation trial on first install. Registration is optional for offline and bring-your-own-key features during the trial, but is required before a Google Play purchase or Managed AI use. Basic verbatim notification reading remains after the trial.
Google Play offers Local or BYOK and Managed AI monthly and annual subscriptions plus a consumable 1,000-action Managed AI pack. Upgrades to Managed AI take effect immediately under Google Play proration; downgrades take effect at renewal. Google Play purchase state controls access and may be restored on another linked device.
Acceptable use
You may not use the apps to violate law, interfere with the service, attempt to circumvent licensing, or resell access without a written agreement. Apps that integrate with third-party platforms (such as Workiz or ServiceTitan) must be used within those platforms’ terms as well.
Warranty and liability
The apps are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice on this page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate them. You may stop using the service at any time.
