What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly, such as your email address when you start a trial, buy a supported subscription, link a Google Play purchase, open a support ticket, or create an account. A name is collected only when a form specifically asks for it. We also collect operational data needed to run the products.
- Account and contact details you provide (usually an email address, and a name only where requested).
- License and subscription records tied to your email.
- Support ticket content, including optional diagnostic bundles you choose to attach.
- Basic usage events from our website and apps (page views, downloads, update checks, license validations) with device identifiers stored as one-way hashes.
- Payment records are handled by our payment processor; we never receive or store full card numbers.
- For Ingenious Voice Assistant, we receive Google Play purchase status and history, an encrypted purchase token, and a random app installation identifier stored on our server only as a one-way hash.
- Voice is transcribed by the Android speech recognizer selected on your device. Voice and typed prompts sent through OpenRouter are processed under your OpenRouter account and provider choices.
- Prompts and answers generated with a local Gemma model remain on your Android device and are not sent to Ingenious Tools. Voice Assistant prompts and answers are session-only and are not saved by default.
- Photos and listing details stay on your device unless you choose an AI-assisted action, in which case the selected content is sent securely for that request.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver licenses and downloads, provide updates, answer support requests, prevent abuse of trials and licenses, improve the products, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Ingenious Notifications on Android
Ingenious Notifications uses Android notification access, after a prominent in-app disclosure, to recognize incoming Google Messages SMS/RCS and supported dialer call alerts. Notification content is processed on the phone unless you deliberately select OpenRouter or Managed Ingenious AI. Contacts permission is requested only when you enable a contact-dependent filter.
The offline model and local tasks stay on the device. Bring-your-own OpenRouter sends selected message text to OpenRouter and the model provider you choose. Managed Ingenious AI sends selected message text through Ingenious Tools to our company-managed OpenRouter account. Message text is used only to complete that request and is never stored in our database or application logs.
Account linking stores a hashed installation identifier, device session, entitlement state, Google Play purchase records, and Managed AI request IDs, token counts, costs, status, and timestamps. Raw Google Play purchase tokens are encrypted. Diagnostic reports are redacted and sent only when you consent.
- Google Play purchase and subscription status is processed for entitlement restoration and fraud prevention.
- The registered 30-day trial includes 1,000 Managed AI actions total; paid Managed plans include 1,000 successful actions per month.
- Failed or unsafe Managed AI responses restore quota and cause the original message to be read.
- Deleting Ingenious Notifications data revokes its device sessions and removes its link, support, and usage data without deleting unrelated Ingenious Tools products.
Essential cookies and account sessions
We use essential first-party cookies to keep you signed in, protect passwordless account verification, remember security state, and complete customer actions. These cookies are necessary to provide the service. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. If that changes, we will add any consent controls required by law before the optional technology is enabled.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to operate the service: Cloudflare (hosting and file delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), Paddle (payments for supported website products), Google Play (Android distribution and Ingenious Notifications purchases), OpenRouter and the selected model provider (customer-key and Managed AI cloud requests), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted server credentials, signed license and release records, and service-provider security controls appropriate to the information we handle. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your account or data is at risk.
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable, those providers use contractual or legal transfer protections for international processing.
Retention and deletion
License and purchase records are kept while your subscription is active and as long as required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Support tickets are retained so we can reference past issues. You can permanently delete your account at ingeniousaitools.com/account/delete; we remove or anonymize personal data that is not required by law.
Children and policy changes
Ingenious AI Tools is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
When this policy changes, we update the effective date and publish the revised policy at ingeniousaitools.com/privacy. Material changes may also be announced through the site, product, or account email.

If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as GDPR or CCPA regions), we honor access, portability, correction, and deletion requests accordingly.
