Try before you buy
Most desktop apps offer a free trial. Ingenious Voice Assistant instead includes five free successful answers each day, so you can test it before buying the lifetime unlock.
14-day refund window
If an app does not work as described, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for that app and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method.
Google Play purchases
Ingenious Voice Assistant payments and refund requests are handled by Google Play under Google Play refund rules. Request the refund through Google Play. When Google reports a refund or revocation, the app stops receiving renewed paid entitlements; an existing offline entitlement expires within 30 days.
Renewals
Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you have not made material use of the app during that period. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel any time before the renewal date — you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
What is not refundable
Partial-period refunds after the 14-day window, charges older than 60 days, and cases of license abuse (key sharing or resale) are not eligible. Where local consumer law grants broader rights, that law prevails.

Email [email protected] from the address on the purchase with the app name and approximate purchase date. Refund requests are answered within 2 business days.
