License grant
Ingenious, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the app on up to the number of devices stated for your license or store entitlement, for the duration of your subscription, trial, or verified lifetime entitlement.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where law expressly permits.
- Remove or alter license enforcement, update checks, or proprietary notices.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software.
- Use one license key across more devices or users than it permits.
Updates and telemetry
The software may check for updates and validate its license or Google Play entitlement against our servers. Ingenious Voice Assistant sends a mobile session token, app version, and hash of a random installation identifier; it does not use a hardware identifier. Diagnostic data is sent only when you submit a support or bug report.
Third-party services
Some apps connect to services you control (for example Workiz, ServiceTitan, Gmail, or eBay accounts). You are responsible for your credentials and for complying with those services’ terms. AI-assisted features may route text, listing details, and selected images to the AI provider configured for that feature.
Termination
This license ends when your subscription or trial ends, or immediately if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the software. Sections on restrictions, warranty, and liability survive termination.
Warranty disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
